Sweet Dessert Table Design

You know the old saying of
bringing the outside in with design.
I love seeing party design where they
have brought the inside out.

I love this sweet table design by Sugarbird.
The very talented Joono who's been in the sweets
business for 20 years put this table together
for a wedding in San Juan Capistrano.

Can you imagine getting married in such a setting!

Check out the details of these beautiful table!

There is something kinda old fashion about this
table. Maybe the color of the table reminds me of milkglass!

Lovely yellow striped backdrop!

Such a sweet and simply cake topper!

Tori and Dean Vow Renewal

I absolutely love this show!
I have followed Tori Spelling forever!
I remember sitting in my sorority house
watching 90210 with the girls!
Now, I am watching all of the fun
on Tori and Dean Home Sweet Hollywood.

Well, I was watching last season and
during the episode of their vow renewal,
I spotted something very sweet!

One of my very favorite blogs to read
and goo goo gaa gaa over for their
fantastic desserts!
I couldn't wait to see the pictures from
the vow renewal and they are up
with much anticipation by me!!!

Here are some of the details from the lovely day!
One of my favorite color combos:
Yellow and Gray...

I love the off set back drop for the cake.....

Speaking of cake....Gorgeous!

Mini hand painted cakes.....

Check out this bike....love it!

Who would've thought of this as a display for
a vow renewal?

"Jilly" Bean Bar

I know there is so much eye "candy"
out and about on the web to inspire
all sorts of sweets tables.
I feel in love with this very unique idea
This was designed for a wedding
in which every last detail was personalized.
The brides name was Jill and her
nickname is "Jillybean" hence
the change in spelling in Jellybean.
I really love the laid back feel in
design of the "Jillybean" bar.
It gives you the feeling that
bride used vases from her own collection.
Want more?

the fabulous wedding here!

Sweet and Rustic Breakfast Buffet

There have been so many rustic
"inside out" parties lately!
Here is another that I had to share!
It has southern hospitality written all over it!

This gorgeous breakfast buffet table that was created for
the
Sweetest Occasion blog.
The inspiration for this photo shoot designed by
Dandelion and Grey
was a laid back, brunch-style reception.
Head over to The Sweetest Occasion to read all the details.

Lovely use of antique kitchen tools and gadgets as servers....

Love the bacon in the mason jars...

For a very fun and thoughtful favor
Dapper Paper created these sweet recipe cards
with a delicious recipe for ‘Grandma’s Biscuits’!

Love the ides of nailing the hooks to the tree...so pretty!

And this sign....
"We're Fixin' to Eat. So take your Seat!"

Cute little cards in the drawers....

All the photos were taken by

Beyond the Guest Book

Here are some great ideas for
your wedding or shower guest books.
Well, they are really not books at all...
That is why I love them!

Love the Vintage feel.....

More like art!
Guest could choose a colored plexiglass piece
and write a message to the bride and groom.
Then at night it was illuminated!
I want to see that!

Thumb Print Tree

Guests were asked to leave a thumb print and their name!
