Frozen Chocolate Souffles

(Recipe and picture via Kraft Foods)


3 cups Milk
1 pkg. 8 oz. Jello Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 c. Thawed Cool Whipped Topping
16 Oreos finely chopped
8 Maraschino Cherries
8 - 8 to 9 oz. Paper Cups


Pour milk and pudding in a medium bowl
Beat with a wire wisk 2 minutes
Gently stir in whipped topping
Spoon 2 tbls. chopped cookies into each of the 8 paper cups
Cover entirely with half of the pudding mix
Press gently with the back of a spoon
Repeat Layers
Cover with Foil
Freeze 5 hours or until firm
Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving
Peel away paper to unmold onto a serving plate
Top with a cherry!
